Please deliver your advertisements using final delivery size field data, while observing safe margins for text area. Files should be supplied including bleeds and NO crop marks, registration marks or any other marks. Please center all artwork within the document page and ensure no excess artwork remains on the art board.

You may send us EPS, AI, PSD open file formats only if they are properly sized, all text converted to outlines with images embedded.
- IMAGES
- All high-resolution images must be included. Do not embed OPI information in files. CMYK or Grayscale only. Convert any Spot colors not intended to print into CMYK. Do not nest EPS files within other EPS files.Save images in TIFF or JPG (Maximum quality setting) format, with no ICC profiles embedded.
- ARTWORK
- All non-vector artwork should be supplied at a minimum of 300dpi, any artwork supplied lower than 300dpi will print blurred.
- COLOR
- Artwork should be completed and saved in CMYK process. VRM Intel cannot take responsibility for any unexpected results experienced from artwork supplied in non-CMYK color. Please delete all unused color swatches from the color palettes. Do not use Pantone or similar colors.
- OVERPRINT/KNOCKOUT
- Please ensure that no elements of the design are set to overprint unless specifically required. We cannot always check for this and it is likely to generate unexpected results.
- TYPE
- All fonts used should be embedded (PDFs) or converted to outlines .
